Every capability, with its status.

What Alpha does today, what is in progress and what is planned, with the limits of each. Choose a status to narrow the list.

Charts

  • Bar typesIn the app

Time, tick, volume, range, delta, reversal, Renko, RangeX, cumulative and calendar bars.

  • FootprintIn the app

Bid × ask at every price, imbalances, point of control and delta under each bar, with full settings and custom RGB colours.

  • The volume profile and a 249-entry indicator library, plus statistical and book studies.

    52 more indicators are planned.

  • Up to two other instruments as % change from the first visible bar, with return correlation and a rolling-correlation pane.

  • Trade-only TPO and volume profile workstations.

  • Drawings, chart trading with brackets and linked crosshairs.

Order flow

  • A price ladder with estimated queue position, pull and stack, delta and configurable order-flow columns.

  • Time and sales with alerts for the prints you choose.

  • Resting liquidity through time with dynamic range; unknown depth is hatched, never drawn as zero.

  • Book studiesIn the app

Microprice, top-of-book imbalance, spread, weighted liquidity and its change.

Orders and risk

  • Orders, risk, accounts and settings validation live in one in-process core. The interface asks and shows; it never decides.

  • Order ticketIn the app

Market, limit, stop, stop-limit, trailing and MIT orders; sizing by contracts or dollar risk; exit plans with up to four targets, breakeven, trailing and a time exit.

Orders run on the simulated exchange until live broker connections are available.

  • Scaled, iceberg, TWAP, VWAP, percent-of-volume, OTO and basket programs, previewed order by order by the authority.

  • Working and all orders, OCO link and unlink, each order’s state events, and an inspector for an order family, fill or position.

  • Daily loss and profit boundaries, a trailing limit and a losing-streak stop, each with its consequence: notify, refuse new risk, flatten, or flatten and lock for the session.

  • Kill switchIn the app

Locks the account and cancels entries, keeping protective stops and targets.

  • Copy tradingIn the app

Simple and advanced copy groups with sizing, rounding, symbol maps and an outcome log; a follower’s risk refusal names its rule.

  • Every event in a hash-chained log you can verify from the app.

Agent

  • Typed toolsIn the app

The Agent reads markets and accounts through typed tools and shows every call it makes.

  • Per account: observe, or assist with orders that wait for you. A standing grant you issue can let it trade within a size and a time; risk checks still apply.

The Agent cannot confirm its own orders, issue grants or change risk limits.

  • Issue a grant for a simulated account, a maximum size and a number of minutes, and the Agent may place orders without asking until it ends. Validated strategies can be deployed to a simulation account and trade by themselves. Every risk check still runs, and you can stop either at any time.

Simulated accounts only. Alpha refuses agent autonomy on a live account until live broker routes, safety checks and legal review are complete.

  • Plans with a model key you supply, or with an offline local planner if you supply none.

  • Research cardsIn the app

Correlation heatmaps, return statistics and distributions, volatility cones and equity simulations from your own trades, each reproducible from a hash of its inputs and exportable.

  • Drafts strategies and custom indicators that you preview and save; display changes come with a restore point.

  • The title bar’s island shows the clock, day P&L, feed health, risk room or the next event, and opens Home, Ask, Activity, Needs you, Risk and Copy.

Research

  • Written in the native editor with live diagnostics; backtested, optimised, validated by walk-forward and Monte Carlo, then deployed to a simulation account.

  • Custom indicators in JavaScript, Python, C, Rust or WebAssembly, each in an isolated process.

  • A causal hidden-Markov study of a saved capture that says when the regime model is not supported.

  • Saved one-minute history you can audit, or your own CSV and JSON files, labelled IMPORTED and UNVERIFIED until you trust them.

  • A model chain and gamma exposure, labelled MODEL throughout.

No real options or dealer-positioning feed is connected.

Review

  • Market recording and replay with seeks.

  • Dashboard, trades, journal, playbooks, prop firm, imports, review, strategies, cards and prop costs.

  • Trade importsIn the app

Import history from NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TopstepX, Sierra Chart and Interactive Brokers exports.

These are file formats you export yourself, not live connections.

  • Headlines from official public feeds in each publisher’s own words; a simulated calendar; no forecast column without a licensed source.

Workspace

  • Pages and workspaces survive restarts and can pop out into their own windows; 39 panel kinds.

  • A command palette, a hotkey editor and a settings sheet whose every setting the authority checks.

  • One DOM, tape and heatmap per window today; several ladders side by side are in progress.

  • Alerts managerIn progress

Price touch and cross alerts with sound and a log today; an alerts manager to see and edit every alert in one place is in progress.

Connections

  • Every price, print and fill comes from a seeded simulator unless a connection serves it; screens say SYNTHETIC, SIM or LIVE.

  • RithmicIn progress

Alpha’s own order route to Rithmic is built and being prepared for live accounts at brokers and prop firms that offer Rithmic.

Not available for live or funded accounts yet. No broker approval or exchange certification is claimed.

  • Planned as a market-data source for futures, US equities and options.

No dxFeed agreement or integration exists today.

  • Planned for real options positioning and analytics to replace the model chain.

No agreement or integration exists today.
