Contact and scope
This website is operated by Alpha Trading Platforms under the Alpha working name. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@AlphaTradingPlatform.com.
This site explains the product and accepts enquiries when its private storage backend is configured. It does not open trading accounts, receive account passwords or request payment information.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email, enquiry category and message. Organization is optional. It records the notice version, submission time and a separate optional choice to receive product updates. Enquiry handling does not require marketing consent.
Please do not include credentials, account numbers, personal financial statements or confidential customer information. Necessary hosting/security records may include request metadata. The application does not log full form bodies.
Use and private storage
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your request, arrange an appropriate conversation and maintain a record of that discussion. Where applicable, the basis is responding to your request and legitimate interests in operating the project; optional product updates rely on your separate consent.
Configured deployments store enquiries privately in Cloudflare D1. Access is limited to the authorized account operator through Cloudflare tooling; there is no public leads endpoint. A salted hash of the request IP supports short-lived abuse limits, rather than storing the raw address in the enquiry table. Hosting providers may process metadata under their own service terms.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries in this website’s storage are deleted after 12 calendar months by a daily retention task. An ongoing discussion requiring longer retention must move to an agreed destination with an appropriate notice before that deletion. Short-lived rate-limit records are pruned automatically; authorized retrieval and deletion are documented with the deployment.
Ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry at info@AlphaTradingPlatform.com. Withdraw optional updates at the same address. The project may need proportionate information to locate your record; do not send identity documents unsolicited. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights or a right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Tracking and transfers
No advertising pixels or optional analytics are configured. The website’s demonstrations run locally in your browser on fixed, simulated data; they do not send prompts to a model provider or orders to a broker. Links to other websites follow those services’ policies.
Cloudflare may process information in multiple jurisdictions. The operator is responsible for confirming account terms and any applicable transfer safeguards. Changes to collection or providers require updating this notice.
